Didetexco is a clothing manufacturer that produces garments under its own range of private labels. Didetexco also performs other intermediate processes, such as printing and embroidery in more than 300 satellite apparel manufacturing workshops throughout Colombia.

It has 11 private labels and takes full advantage of the latest design, pattern tracing and cutting technology to be able to offer its customers, top-quality, high-fashion garments at excellent prices through the EXITO and Ley stores nationwide.

Didetexco´s brands are: Arkitect, People, Bronzini, WKD, Coquí, Custer, Exitante, Ama’s, Cárrel, Bluss and Hogar.

In November 2006, the Colombian Standards Board, ICONTEC, granted DIDETEXCO the ISO Certification 9001, in recognition of the Company’s excellence in Quality Management.

Carulla Vivero S.A.: This is a specialized supermarket chain with a long tradition in food, with a total of 142(1) stores in 31 towns and cities throughout Colombia.

Its main brands are: Carulla, Vivero, Surtimax, Merquefácil and Home Mart.

The Carulla supermarkets were founded in Bogotá back in 1905, whereas the Vivero chain first began in Barranquilla in 1969. In 2000, the merger between these two store brands was duly carried out. In 2007, Almacenes Exito became the majority shareholder of Carulla Vivero S.A.
